Working Hours & Attendance
- Regular business hours are 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST, Monday to Friday.
- Remote and hybrid models are permitted as per project and team needs.
- Employees must log attendance via designated tools and communicate time off in advance.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
- All client data, code, documentation, and communications are strictly confidential.
- Employees must not share proprietary information without authorization.
- NDA compliance is mandatory for all staff, vendors, and freelancers.
Information Security
- Use strong passwords and two-factor authentication where applicable.
- Company-issued devices must have up-to-date security and antivirus software.
- Any suspected breach must be reported immediately to the IT/security team.
Use of Company Assets
- Company-provided tools, software, and systems must only be used for official purposes.
- Unauthorized copying or use of licensed software is strictly prohibited.
- All work-related files must be stored on secure, approved platforms (e.g., Git, Drive, VPN).
Client Interaction & Project Delivery
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in all client communications.
- Respect project timelines, documentation protocols, and version control standards.
- Escalate blockers or scope changes immediately to project leads or managers.
Leave Policy
- Leave categories include: Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Paid Leave, and Optional Holidays.
- Emergency leaves must be communicated at the earliest possible.
- Annual leave must be planned and approved in advance by the reporting manager.
Anti-Harassment Policy
- We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior.
